Income guidelines for IDA program


            An applicant is eligible if:

  • S/he receives TANF;

OR

  • S/he received the EITC on the most recent tax return AND has a net worth less than $10,000;

OR

  • S/he has a household income less than or equal to 200% of the federal poverty guideline AND has a net worth less than $10,000.
